At Lifyntia, we take care to pack and deliver every order safely. Since our products include skincare, personal care, and wellness essentials, returns are accepted only in limited cases for hygiene, safety, and quality reasons.

Return Eligibility

Return, replacement, or refund requests may be accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a leaked product
  • You received the wrong product
  • A product is missing from your order
  • The product received is expired
  • The product packaging was severely damaged during delivery

All return, replacement, or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products with broken seals after delivery
  • Products returned due to personal preference
  • Products returned due to taste, smell, texture, or individual suitability
  • Products purchased during clearance, sale, or final-offer campaigns, unless damaged, expired, missing, or incorrect

Damaged, Leaked, Wrong, or Missing Product

If you receive a damaged, leaked, wrong, expired, or missing product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please share:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the invoice or shipping label
  • Unboxing video, if available
  • Short description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed and verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after your request has been reviewed and approved by our team.

If approved, the refund may be issued through:

  • Original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Another approved refund mode, depending on the order and payment method

Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or payment gateway.

Lifyntia is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party payment providers.

Replacement Policy

If your replacement request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product, subject to stock availability.

If the same product is not available, we may offer:

  • Alternative product
  • Store credit
  • Refund, where applicable

Replacement approval depends on verification of the issue.

Order Cancellation

You can request cancellation before your order is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the order will be handled according to this Refund & Return Policy.

Refused Delivery or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, refusal to accept delivery, or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping may be subject to courier availability and additional delivery charges.

Refunds for refused or failed delivery orders may be reviewed case by case.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment and make payment.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may affect future COD eligibility.
